Data Protection
Records are kept as part of the therapy process, which includes names and a brief record of our discussions. This enables me to keep track and ensure I give you personalised support. Records are stored securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
We’ll be sharing short video clips as part of therapy. I’ll be asking you to share these via Whatsapp, as a safe way to encrypt your data. I’ll store your videos for the length of the course. You can request that your data be deleted at any time.
Online Support
As we’ll be working together online, my support will focus on providing you with information and any observations I make from the videos that you share. Consequently, the support I provide will be dependent on the information we share. All children are unique, so if you have any queries or concerns about your child’s progress, do please let me know.
Service Improvement
In order to ensure I provide a high quality service to all of my clients and am compliant with the professional standards set out by the Health & Care Professions Council, I participate in regular professional development activities. I have an up-to-date DBS check and participate in regular child protection training in accordance with best practice.
